Ihssan, a veteran of the San Francisco startup sector, brings a wealth of experience from his involvement with companies such as RocketLawyer.com, NileGuide, LetsTalk, Twine, Vicarious, and LaunchSquad. When tickets are opened by our customers in Freshdesk, they are immediately reviewed by our support team. Based on the nature of the issue, the support team converts these tickets into backlog items in Jira, our project management and issue tracking tool. This ensures all issues are systematically addressed within our ongoing development cycles.

For high-priority issues, such as critical bugs or system failures, the system is designed to promptly notify the team lead and project manager. This allows for immediate prioritization of the issue and ensures quick action is taken.
