Terms & Conditions
This User Agreement (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) governs your relationship with all online sites and services operated by Oshbok.co, all newsletters and other content that Oshbok.co provides via e-mail, and all content and services that we provide that we provide to users of the devices Mobile, through our channels and applications available on mobile devices such as Apple's iPhone and iPad (referred to collectively as the "Service").

Your access to and use of the service is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
Subscriptions
Accounting for some portions of the service is on a subscription basis ("subscriptions"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (the "billing cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a subscription.
At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew on the exact same terms unless you cancel it or Oshbok.co cancel it. You can cancel your subscription renewal either through your account management page online or by contacting Oshbok.co customer support team.
A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process payment for your subscription. You must provide Oshbok.co with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, phone number, and valid payment method information. By providing this payment information, you are automatically authorizing Oshbok.co to collect all subscription fees incurred through your account on any of these payment methods.
In the event that automatic billing fails for any reason, Oshbok.co will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a specified date, with full payment corresponding to the invoice period as shown on the invoice.
Free trial
Oshbok.co may, at its sole discretion, offer a subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time (“Free Trial”).
You may be required to enter your billing information in order to register for the free trial.
If you entered your billing information when subscribing to the free trial, you will not be charged by Oshbok.co until the free trial period ends. On the last day of the free trial period, unless you cancel your subscription, you will automatically be charged the subscription fees applicable to the subscription type you selected.
At any time and without prior notice, Oshbok.co reserves the right to (1) amend the terms and conditions of a free trial offer, or (2) cancel this free trial offer.
Fee changes
Oshbok.co may, in its sole discretion and at any time, amend the subscription fee for subscriptions. Any change to the subscription fee will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle at that time.
Oshbok.co will provide you with reasonable advance notice of any change in subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the service after the subscription fee change goes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified subscription fee amount.
Refunds
Except as required by law, the subscription fee paid is non-refundable.
Accounts
When creating an account with us, you must provide us with accurate, complete and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the terms, which may result in the immediate termination of your account on our service.
You are responsible for protecting the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual property
The Service and its original content, features and functions are and will remain the exclusive property of Oshbok.co and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States of America and foreign countries. Our trademarks and commercial form may not be used in connection with any product or service without Oshbok.co's prior written consent.

Our service may contain links to websites or web services of third parties that are not owned or controlled by Oshbok.co.
Oshbok.co does not control or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or web services. You also acknowledge and agree that Oshbok.co shall not be liable or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use or reliance on any content, goods or services available on or through Any of our websites or services.

End
We may immediately terminate or suspend your account, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you violate the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you can simply stop using the service.
Limitation of liability
Oshbok.co, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates will in no way be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits. Data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from (1) your access, use, or inability to access or use the service; (2) Any behavior or content of any third party on the Service; (3) Any content obtained from the service; And (4) unauthorized access, use or change of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, damage (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether we have been informed of the possibility of such damage or No, even if it appears that the treatment stipulated in this document has failed to achieve its main purpose.

Oshbok.co does not warrant that its affiliates, affiliates, and licensors a) that the Service will operate without interruption, secure or available at any particular time or place; B) Any errors or defects will be corrected. C) The service is free from viruses or other harmful components; Or d) that the results of using the service will meet your requirements.
The governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of these rights. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. The changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to amend or replace these terms at any time. If review is material, we will attempt to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our service after these reviews become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
